Do yourself a favor and follow Cark Howard’s advice. Don’t click on anything. If it is an email from your financial institution asking you to enter in your ID and Password. Go directly to there site like you normally do and login to your account. If there is some emergency, you will be notified in your account.

A new bill signed into law, the Jessica Logan Act, aims to prevent so-called cyberbullying. It requires schools to update policies to include harassment and intimidation sent electronically, such as over the Internet or mobile phones.
